Founder and Director
Ex-Navy Naval Artificer · AI-enabled educator · Author
Vijay K. Sharma brings more than 20 years of professional experience. He began in the Indian Navy, then spent over a decade teaching NEET Physics at Kota's leading institutes, where he also served as Academic Director. Today he builds AI automation for educators and writes the books his students use.
Institute names appear only as employment history. VCA EduTech and AI is an independent company.
Careers
We are growing our faculty team for the School Integrated Program. Hindi medium and English medium teachers are welcome.
For experienced teachers who can lead a batch, plan the syllabus and mentor junior faculty in NEET, IIT-JEE and Foundation classes.
For teachers with strong concepts who want to grow in NEET, IIT-JEE and Foundation teaching with guidance from senior faculty.
A paid, mentor-led programme in physics and other subjects: concept teaching, doubt solving, test analysis and AI tools for teachers. Details are shared on enquiry.
Deserving candidates are welcome and we select on merit. Joining the training programme does not by itself guarantee a job; selected trainees may be invited to join our team.
